Treks
There is no need to be an expert rider on the trails of the Morvan. One day or more, depending on your availability, endurance ability, and your level. Several plans are available with support provided by instructors trained in equestrian tourism.
  
You are forming a group of at least 5 people and you want to discover the Morvan Mountains. You will love its scenery of forests, rivers, and hedgerow country. You will finally know where your next Christmas tree is coming from. All levels.
4 plans are offered: dates to be agreed-upon - groups of 5 or more people
 Weekend : Two days to discover trekking.. Either in shelters, or under the stars (returning to the gîte in the evening).
Mont Beuvray: the Morvan Mountains are a range streching over 4 Departments in Burgundy. The highest peak, the Haut Folin, comes in at 901 meters. You will also visit Bibracte (Mont Beuvray), capital of the Eduens, a major archeological site, and home to a museum of celtic civilization. All levels. 5 days or 9 days.
Vézelay via the Grands Lacs: offered as a finishing course.
Youth Special: need some freedom, or to make new friends, discover wonderful natural and historic scenery? Come live timelessly with the horses. Under the stars, in a tent, come explore a world rich in pleasure and discoveries. All levels. 3 to 5 days.

General Terms and Conditions
Registration:registration is final when the registration form is received along with a deposit of 120 euros. For unaccompanied minors, parental authorization must be signed.
Insurance:When you make your reservation, please provide your current federal license number or attach a Civil Liability insurance certificate.. Otherwise, you must sign up for civil liability insurance that we have taken out for you at the rate of 10 euros.
Cancelation :In the event a trek is cancelled, registered riders will be informed, except in the event of a natural disaster, at least 15 days before the planned start of the trek.. Deposits paid will be fully refunded but no additional compensation or claims may be made. In the event of a participant cancellation:
over 30 days before the start date of the trek, deposits will be refunded minus a 25 euro administrative fee
More than 15 days before the start date of the trek, only the balance will be refunded.
less than 15 days before the start date of the trek, no refund will be made..
In the event of partial participation in a trek, for any reason whatsoever, the full price of the trek will be remain due.
Rates and Payment of the balance:rates indicated including the time of your trek: hourse, meals, lodging, baggage transport, reeption at La Bergerie (the day before and returning from the trek).. Civil liability insurance and personnal costs (drinks, etc.) are not included. The balance for the trek will be paid 30 days before the start date of the trek.
Additional information :if you come by train, we can pick you up and return you to the Montbard train station, depending on the train schedule. We are available for any questions you may have (equipment you need to bring, trek schedule, etc).
